Terms and Conditions

Updated 10 September 2026

Provider and scope

These terms cover Flago and its website, provided by Alessandro Coscia, Carrer de Vilardell, 8, Sants-Montjuïc, 08014 Barcelona, Spain. Contact flago@linkk.it. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard licensed application agreement also govern distribution and use of the iOS app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Using Flago

Flago offers educational quizzes and study tools about flags, countries and capitals for iPhone and iPad. Use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse its content or attempt unauthorized access. No account is currently required.

Educational content

We aim to provide accurate learning material, but country names, capital conventions and flags can change or have multiple accepted representations. Flago is a learning resource and should not be treated as an authoritative legal, political or navigation reference. Report inaccuracies to flago@linkk.it.

Local progress

Progress is stored locally. Resetting data, removing the app or changing devices may remove access to it. There is no Flago account-based sync service in the current version. Your device backup settings may affect restoration.

Artwork and sharing

Flago branding, original artwork and app content remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Flag assets are sourced from FlagCDN. You may use the built-in sharing feature to share the result cards it creates for personal purposes. This does not transfer ownership of Flago branding or authorize misleading endorsements.

Availability and future features

Flago is currently being prepared for release. The site’s screenshots show illustrative learning progress, not guarantees of individual results. The current version has no paid purchases or advertising. If paid options are introduced, their prices and applicable conditions will be shown before purchase; these terms do not authorize future charges.

Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy explains current data practices. When you open external services, including a sharing destination or Apple’s store, their own terms apply. We are not responsible for their operation, without excluding any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections. You may stop using Flago at any time.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law and will give notice where required. Spanish law applies subject to any mandatory protections and court rights available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact us first at flago@linkk.it if you have a concern.
